Outrigger Paradise Resorts requires an initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. Payment for the remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your arrival date. Our staff will send out email reminders when the remaining balance on the booking is coming due. For bookings that have not received full payment after the 14-day deadline, will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival date; the booking deposit of 50% of the total booking cost will be forfeited in place of a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date; the full balance will be non-refundable. Bookings that are not paid in full by 3 business days past the 14-day due date will be subject to automatic cancellation. Resort staff will make every effort to contact the guest in advance of booking cancellation.
Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00pm – 7:00pm (EST). If you will be arriving after 7:00pm (EST), please call our office no later than 6:00pm EST on the date of your arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am EST on the departure date. Late check-out until 1:00pm EST may be granted for a fee of $30, based on availability.

Outrigger Paradise Resorts are pet friendly locations, however, not all of our units allow for them. For units that are pet friendly, our guests are limited to bringing no more than two (2) furry friends along on their vacation. Pets require a $50 pet fee, per pet for short stay bookings. Vet records with proof of vaccinations are required for bookings of 7 nights or longer. All guests bringing their four-legged family members are subject to additional fees or deposits. Please keep all pets on a leash at all times and pick up after them. Bag and dispose of all pet waste in the provided dumpster locations.
All lodging units at both Outrigger Paradise Resort locations are equipped to sleep a certain number of people. Occupancy limits are listed for each unit and do not allow for additional people past the max. Please pay close attention to the number of people each unit sleeps and plan accordingly when booking your reservation.
Outrigger Paradise Resorts requires a valid debit/credit card to be put on file for incidentals, additional fees, etc. Outrigger Paradise Resorts reserves the right to place an incidental hold for the duration of your stay, to be released after check-out.
In the event a guest accumulates additional charges and/or fees during their stay, the card on file is subject to serve as payment for any remaining balance on the guest account. Please be mindful that any damages, excessive clean-up, trash removal, dirty dishes, etc. may accumulate an additional fee after check-out. Be courteous and please leave your cabin in the same condition as you found it.
Guests are always required to conduct themselves appropriately and to comply with resort procedures and/or requests about conduct and respect the property of the resort, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disturb the conform and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the resort, or cause offense to other guests or members of our staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case, management shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
